Established in 2015, Noble Texas Builders is headquartered in La Feria, Texas, with offices in New Braunfels and Houston. Noble provides general contracting, design-build, construction management, development, and facilities maintenance services designed to exceed our clients' expectations. With a $100M bonding capacity, Noble performs work for education, government, healthcare, retail, and private sectors statewide and is headed by partners Rene Capistran, President and CEO, Patrick Williams, Chairman of the Board, and Alfredo Garcia, Jr., Vice President.
